America On Wheel is housed in a new 43,000 square foot building, with 23,000 square feet of exhibit space. The concourse and main gallery exhibits tell the story of the development of over-the-road transportation, including the Mack trucks story. A smaller gallery houses a long-term education exhibit on alternative fuels and propulsion systems focusing on hybrid vehicles and the development of the hydrogen fuel cell powered vehicle. The third gallery is used for changing exhibits. The museum also includes a special event area, classroom, orientation theatre, a research library, gift shop and catering prep area.

RENTAL HOURS
The museum is available for hosting your special events: wedding, receptions, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, symposiums, galas, holiday, retirement, birthday, golf outings, private parties and more. Meeting space is also available. The museum is available for rentals from the time of opening until 10:30pm. Accommodations for early morning meetings can also be arranged. Catering for your event is available. Food service arrangements can be made through the museum's caterer list or your own. Using own caterer there will be a $2.00 surcharge for each guest. Liquor or wine may be served, however; the museum does not sell alcoholic beverages.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL: The Orientation Meeting Room has facilities and equipment for DVD/VHS and slide presentation. This room can be set-up with tables and chairs or chairs alone.

All GALLERIES are available for special events and provide a unique setting for corporate or private functions. The museum provides your guests the opportunity to dine and dance among vehicles that show the evolution of transportation.
